This year, we're all about fresh greenery, velvet, and touches of traditional colors burgundy and red. From the festive welcome of classic wreaths on the exterior to fresh garland throughout each room, we're bringing the magic of the season to every corner. Today, we’re sharing our holiday home tour to get inspired to bring the magic of the holidays to your own space.
It’s always a joy to explore new, organic ways to decorate, especially in distinctive spaces like a kitchen. Incorporating elements like seasonal fruits bring a unique and thoughtful touch to the festive decor. Each piece was thoughtfully chosen to create a layered and timeless holiday look.
Everyone has their own idea of when the perfect time to decorate is, but I love doing it all the weekend right after Thanksgiving. It’s such a fun and joyful weekend, and sets a warm, cozy tone to makes sure the house feels festive as the season officially kicks off.
I love decorating with antique silver for the holidays this year, because it makes my home feel more charming and nostalgic. I used antique silver pieces throughout my entire home from my dining room to my Christmas tree.
This year, I found myself inspired by vintage and more traditional Christmas colors featuring burgundy and red holiday decor.
When styling garland in multiple spaces, I like to stick to the same type and style of evergreen to keep the look cohesive and balanced. I loved going all out with fresh greenery throughout my home this year, and the exterior as well.
